[Orekit Developers] SOCIS 2015

Hi all,

ESA has organized this year again a SOCIS proejct (Summer Of Code In
Space <http://sophia.estec.esa.int/socis2015/>). The Orekit project
has again been selected as one of the mentoring organization and one
student has been attributed to us. Therefore, I welcome Guillaume
Obrecht who will work on the propagation in arbitrary frames (i.e.
mainly non-inertial frames).

A dedicated project has been set up on the forge
<https://www.orekit.org/forge/projects/socis-2015>, the Orekit
committers being set as administrators of this project and Guillaume
being developer. A dedicated git repository has also been set up, which
is a clone of the main repository. I have asked Guillaume to use this
developers list for communication with the project, so anyone interested
can follow the work and contribute to the discussions.
