Hello,

I have now updated to the orekit 6 snapshot. Since galileo timeframe is now
included I have no longer to maintain a separate branch. After some minor changes
is my old web application running again with the latest development branches.
It is often used for time conversion in my projects. I started with a orbit
propagator but never finished it. But it could be helpful as startpoint how to use
orekit in a webapp.

The current soucecode is in:
