public class IRNSSScale
extends Object
implements TimeScale

IRNSS time scale (also called IRNWT for IRNSS NetWork Time).

By convention, TIRNSS = TAI - 19 s.

This is intended to be accessed thanks to TimeScales, so there is no public constructor.
