Constructor.

Parameters:

minVersionMessageId - minimum version for HeaderKey.MESSAGE_ID

validate

public void validate(double version)

Check is all mandatory entries have been initialized.

This method should throw an exception if some mandatory entries are missing or not compatible with version number.
