Find the along tile direction for tessellation at specified point.

Parameters:

point - point on the ellipsoid (Cartesian coordinates)

gp - point on the ellipsoid (geodetic coordinates)

Returns:

normalized along tile direction

Throws:

OrekitException - if direction cannot be estimated
